Revshare link codes are 100% Xsell free & PPS now has Xsell free options!
MovieProfits has listened to Webmaster feedback and now offers Xsells free options on PPS and also all Revshare link codes are 100% Xsell free. These options will give Webmaster the choice they have been asking for.

We are very proud to announce the launch today of MovieProfits.com 2.0
This has been our largest project ever and feel it is also our best to date, we want to celebrate by giving Webmasters $80 PPS on Friday 23rd, 30th of May and the 6th and 13th of June 2008. Standard payout have also been increase to $40PPS on $4.95 trails and $50PPS on $29.95 memberships.
Inside the Webmaster area you will find 20 new Niched sites and a new network site HDMovieClub.com all with a DVD and an Episode style tour.
You will also find our new premium range of FHG's available in Flash, MPEG and WMV along with new content packaging system, hosted Flash banners with other great tools such are RSS feeds and Embedded flash movies being added in the coming weeks.
With the feedback we have had from our Webmasters after the success of XMovies.com we felt the need to produce a premium range of Niched DVD sites that would mix the amazing
conversions of the DVD model and apply it the suit our Webmasters niched traffic.

Terms of service & conditions for affilates of MovieProfits.com
By joining MovieProfits.com as an affilate you agree to the terms and conditions herein, this is a binding contractural agreement.
1. INDEMNIFICATION
By choosing to join MovieProfits as an affilate you agree that MovieProfits will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages incurred while you are promoting MovieProfits.
2. Participation
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction to participate in the Program.
In order to participate, you must submit an application with Valid information via http://www.movieprofits.com/. We reserve rights to decline your application should we find anything unsuitable in your infomation or website.
By joining MovieProfits you agree to recieve notices in regards to the MovieProfits program & new updates as long as you are a part of MovieProfits.
We reserve full right to refuse your participation in the Program for any reason.
Affilate Responsibilities & Valid forms of of Promotion
You may promote MovieProfits sites using any forms of promotion you choose that do not breach this agreement.
NO EMAIL PROMOTIONS OF ANY KIND
1. We do not accept Email traffic of any kind, if the traffic sent orginated from ANY KIND of email promotions the affilates account will be suspended without pay!
2. You may not promote any MovieProfits sites through the transmission of individual and/or bulk e-mail
including but not limited to (Optin lists entry pages, ex member lists, bulk email of any kind, Can spam compliant mailers are also not accepted).
3. Affilate breaching these mail conditions will forfeit all monies owed to them.
Do not use illegal/false advertising this includes:
1. Sending traffic from sites containing child pornograhpy or content that is not 18 USC 2257 complaint. We will report you to the authorities for such actions.
2. Do not send traffic from sites containing implied or real : beastiality, gore, rape, child porn, Torture, mp3, Warez, password trading sites or forums.
3. Do not send traffic from sites using false advertising to promote MovieProfits sites. False statements, or promising features & content that are not available inside the members area of said websites.
4. Do not send traffic from spamming news Groups, ICQ, MSN, IRC or other various networks.
5. We do not pay affialtes for sending signups via "illegal" methods, and we reserve the right to change our policy on Valid forms of promotion at any time without notice.
Commisions & payments
Program rates are based on the MovieProfits program you select. We reserve the right to change commision rates with or without notice to the affialtes. All affilate payments will be made in US dollars via Wire transfer ($20 fee), Check ($10 fee) or Epassporte. Minimum payout is $100.
Termination
MovieProfits reserves the right to terminate any affilate based on but not limited to the following criteria:
Sign-ups sent by the affilate have exceeded refunds/credits or chargebacks.
Send fake signups or performing an action that is deemed to be trying to cheat MovieProfits.
Signup up using your own account thereby illegally adding sales to your own account, or by having an assoicate or family member signing up for you.
Breaching any of the terms set forth in this agreement.
Your account and/or website is unsuitable for any reason. (named above)
Breaching the 'Valid forms of of Promotion' part of this agreement.Advertising
If one of our billing processors identifies you as a fruadulent affilate or has found that you have breached the terms & conditions
Either party, MovieProfits or the affilate may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party notice of termination. To terminate your affilate account email us. Notifiying affilates via email will be considered sufficent notice for us to terminate this agreement.
Server downtime & Availibility
MovieProfits will not be held liable for any loss due to server downtime, network outages, network traffic issues across the MovieProfits server network
